Responsible to interpret technical drawings & electric schematics for Volvo and Honda wire harnesses. Designed a novel Inspection module using Pro-E/Creo Parametric 3.0 to evaluate Geometric Dimensions & Tolerances of wire harness battery terminals. Assisted technical associates in testing of wire harness crimps using Electric Resistance Welding(ERW) and troubleshoot product design & process anomalies. Designed 2 novel conveyor system mechanisms using Pro-E/Creo Parametric 3.0 to support process improvements & enhance conveyor efficiency by 40%. Ensured parts being delivered by equipment suppliers met requirements according to Engineering Order instructions in Part Inspection stage.
