MANUFACTURING ERRORS IN THE STEERING SYSTEM: Client : General Motors, India Role : Modeling & Detailing Platform : NX6, Adams View Description: Developed novel physics based model for the steering system to predict the steering angle and simulate the steering model. The various sheet metal model development done using NX7 And necessary drawings are made. Modeling manufacturing errors in the rack and pinion mechanism of a car steering system to study the effect on steering. By using reverse engineering we design the chassis, steering, tyre, hub, and frame of Tata indicia.

DOOR OPENING MECHANISM COMPONENTS (BOBRN WAGON) Client : RDSO Lucknow Role : Modeling, Simulation Platform : NX7 Description: The objective of the project is to extend a simplified approach to develop NX7 parent door mechanism components models from the client given 2D drawings. The activities such as design, assembly and simulation of door, door hinges, connecting rods, axles, bearing hubs were performed. The application holds the improvement of the door mechanism components in BOBRN Wagon.
