This is the propeller I modeled for my quadcopter.

I used images and geometry data from http://www.ae.illinois.edu/m-selig/props/propDB.html to model the propeller. The website has information on TONS of different prop sizes.

UPDATE 4/10/2013: Guess what? The model was actually a pusher prop and I didn't realize it for almost a year. Ya, I feel dumb. I've uploaded a new version that is not a pusher. I haven't updated the renders.

UPDATE 4/12/2013: This prop just got awesomer (it's a word now). I used my script -- described in on my 9x4.7 prop page -- to basically create the propeller with the help of solidworks. It has accurate airfoils, betas, chords, and radii! Check it out!

Thanks a lot to you both :) I am working on the last model you uploaded and try to fix it with Ansys. I will put results as soon as it is done.
