    FYI your pin header holes and pin headers (for connecting a shield) are all misaligned. for instance the bottom pin header should be .1 from board edge but you have the hole .108 and the header centerline is .1019. I think both are off. Not sure about other components but it looks like you're placing things by eye instead of using the eagle file dimensions.
