FlowXpress is an excellent tool for CFD. As a module of SW it is one of the few CFD packages with an integrated GUI and allows for fast analysis during concept design of both Aero & Hydro bodies. Best of all it does not overload you with data. The step up; Solidworks Flow is very complex, requiring high computational power and Concept of Fluids to be of any benefit. All skills required to set-up this analysis are in the FlowXpress tutorial. It chooses to use water but apart from that variable the methodology is consistent. Cheers
