Spalding 62 degree wedge (golf club)

Inspired by Collin Sturm's 60 degree wedge, I have tried to model a 62 degree Spalding wedge in SolidWorks. It is quite a difficult geometry, requiring extensive use of surfacing. I am pretty happy with the end-result, except for the fact, that I can't apply fillets to the sharp edges - bummer. Anyone know a work-around?

Thanks Collin. I used polished steel and chromium plate for the renders. If your shiny materials don't look right, it could be that there are no surroundings visible in the reflections. So if you choose a scene with an image background such as the "Warm kitchen" or the "Courtyard", you'll see reflections of the surroundings even when you use say a white background, and your shiny metal will look better.

escellent job bro. I was just thinking about modeling a driver or something. I used to design clubs for slotline back in the 80's. :-)

Thanks John. The name Slotline rings a vague bell. I think my mother had a Slotline putter that I borrowed when my yips became unbearable....
    Cheers
