Updated...thanks to Manolis for telling me about it...
So, Machine needed:
Hydraulic Shear for cutting, Hydraulic Press for bending, Optional Punch Press for holes...some welding sets...
Thickness for brackets are in function of costs and safety...pins, bolts, washers, retaining rings etc, are stock stuff.
No need for any CNC machining (Plasma, Oxy, Laser, Water-jet...) as well as lathe/milling/rolling etc...
...no extra work on brackets, no grinding or any kind of finishing...
Less than 3% hash material on holes opening only...
No need for High Skilled personnel, accept welders...
As you noticed, springs are not aligned because total height of trailer...so, anybody want...just rotate them for 7 degrees and align them...
...that`s pretty much it...
