Automotive Tail Light Lenses
Is it possible to print car tail light lenses, required in 2 parts with the color, clear and red.
The material would need to need International standards SAE 576_201002

Nope.
Printed parts can be made to test the fit, but they will not have the mechanical or optical properties of a glass, or plastic lens.
You might be able to mask and tint a clear material to achieve the red portion of the lens. Here's a vid: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qXgvepzNH_s
But like fredswug said, you'll need the real final materials and production method to get certs.
