Calculating torque needed...

Hi pips!! I am glad you have taken your precious time to read this... I am spider man... :)

Kidding

I am a design engineer and stuck on a problem I need solving by tomorrow morning.

I designed a ROV mono coupling.

Problem, I need to calculate torque needed to turn 2 pins 180 deg. to each other in a slot profile that has 102.8 pitch. With this the entire item will move 25.25mm to fully engage. pre load forces when it starts to engage is 3Kn

When it engages at sea at pressure 1035bar... the separation force is 22Kn

So again Ultimately I need to know what torque is need to turn 2 pins in a slot (max turn dist 90deg.)
while it is at pressure with the 22Kn kicking back with a friction coefficient 0.6

Help me :(
