  No you will need x64 version of the SolidWorks 2012 to work with Windows 7 x64

  thanxz sudhir ...according to you ..which version i have to prefer 32 bit or 64 bit ..my ram is 4GB

  Ha ha ha dude are ya Kiddin' me..32-bit can be run only n 32-bit and 64-bit only in 64-bit.;D..Why going fr 2012/..2011 s better ..use that
