CATIA V5 error: Unable to open stack file. Need help!

Hello all,

While working in CATIA, user gets this error message, randomly:
"Recovery error
Unable to open stack file"

After click on "OK", CATIA crashes and work is lost.

Tried to clean user CATSettings and CATTemp, but nothing helped.

Any suggestions?
