Create DXF from curved surface in SolidWorks

Hi, I have surface modeled a car in SolidWorks that I am building. I have made the body from fibreglass and now I want to laser-cut templates for windows/headlights/tailights etc from the surface model. Is there anyway to flatten an organic surface to then create a dxf?
Alternatively is there any free software that can do this easily.

If use sheet metal it will be possiblem but i don't think so it will be do correct.
LogoPress to it very well.
