Difference beetween dowel hole, tape drills, drill size and screw clearence in solidworks hole wizard type?

Hello, what are exatly the difference beetween this type of hole when using the hole wizard?
Witch one make sense to used if I need a cut a hole in a tube to get a M6 screw thread?

dowel hole - Tight fit holes or interference fit. used mainly for mold die setup.
drill size - this is free size selection based on the drill bit available with you.
screw clearance - this allows std and default screw clearance in market as per screw generally higher than screw outer dimension. example- for M6 its 6.3 to 6.6.
tape drills -this is actual thread hole with pitch and length
- for M6 thread use this
