Does CATIA have a solidworks style parts list/material list pre loaded?
Does CATIA have a parts list such as the one found in solidworks containing a wide varietyof standard spec items such as bolts? And does it have a material specifcation list such as found in solidworks? or do you have to manually set the materials?

yes, in library part in catia.
about material ,catia has.and you can manually set material.
but you know ,solid is friendly and for showing parts does not have quality like sw
