LOL Why are guy typing everything in capital letters.
Check the solidworks official forums or the reddit forums to get more info about what is the current trend and affordability for workstation laptops.
I guess they both need new computers since the caps lock and shift keys are broken.
I buy used laptops from ebay to run SOLIDWORKS. Do a search for the Dell Precision Workstation laptops.
They are available in different sizes and configurations. Buying from ebay is pretty easy, but shipping to India will cost more.
I would not suggest buying any laptop with 8Gb of RAM, and 2Gb of Graphics memory. SOLIDWORKS will run on a wide range of systems, but there are certified and tested graphics cards for a reason... They work. Running SOLIDWORKS on a toaster is a good way to spend more time resolving why it crashes instead of building models.
The amount of RAM you need is directly related to the complexity of parts, and sizes of assemblies you plan to create.
