How can I solve this undercut?

I'm wondering if there is an option to solve this undercut with a different design or I need to use a slider for this plastic part for injection mould

Agree with Carlos. A Slide lifter would do. It goes out in an angle to free the part.

You can take this approach but a clearance opening is required.
