How do i model a curved extrusion like this in solidworks?
I have been trying to model this but i cant workout how to do it, i made the attached model by modeling a cylinder and cutting it out and saving the body then shelling it.
how do i model this properly?

Vasiliy - Yes your method is easy, but the data at the end is not the same as projected curves. You should try it.
If you started with a revolve and then cut away the data would be closer.
This detail was projected as sheet metal. I projected in SW2012 therefore couldn't take the measurements. The sizes I put the. Why it is so difficult? From such model it is easy to receive development for are flexible details in the different planes.
