Thousands of tutorials to learn from
Sometimes it would be much easier to show someone how to do something in the CAD software. How do you make a screen shot video, to maybe to post on YouTube. Is there a free software to do this?
Hi Chris, try Capture Pad (http://www.capturepad.com) or ZD Soft Screen Recorder (http://www.zdsoft.com)
i googled free screen recorder and found the first result useful... that software was freeware and easy to use... but you will have to mess with the video settings for the best results.
This is pretty good for a freeby http://www.bbsoftware.co.uk/BBFlashBack_FreePlayer.aspx
I have Fraps for video capture and benchmarking. Works well for me, its a bit pricey at $37 but it does a good job and includes FPS benchmarking. Be sure you have a lot of hard drive space for any screen capture software.
I use CAMTASIA it also has a nice video editor, where you can add text, auto zoom, transitions, music, etc.
I haven’t tried it yet but this looks promising, its free and by Microsoft
Expression Encoder 4 to download go here:
http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=24601
It works and very easy. Did I mention free.
Saves as WMV. Maybe could use Handbreak to convert WMV to mp4 or mkv
I use Camtasia. not bad but some times bad record quality and time recording is limited. Maybe it is because I don't know how set it correctly
