How I can open a SLDASM (from Solidworks 2016) to a Solidworks 2020?

I've downloaded some files but I can't open them with my version of solidworks. How I can do? Can someone save the file as STEP?

If you are running SW 2020, you should be able to open the 2016 files directly (no conversion required).
