How to create a mechanism on STEP file with Creo Parametric
When I start the Creo Parametric 2.0 with the step file, I see assembly and all part files on the screen. How can I create a connection between the part files as I desire, because all the plane, point and axis display are missing with this STEP file. Well, I can create the necessary plane, point or axis on part files but if there is a short cut of instead of my solution, could you give me an advice? Thanks.

First Save the Sub assemblies and part files separately, and then create plane or axis for the saved Sub assemblies or parts. Then create new assembly by applying Constrains and Mechanism.
Now you can create a mechanism for STEP file.
