Here's a tutorial to create a Circular Spring in ProEngineer usign Variable section Sweep and Sweep Protrusion
ohm. nó làm việc.
i am having problem in step 9, when i write the equation, it doesnt execute i mean the window blinks and nothing changes , can you explain ??
you need use sd#= is the angle of the leading edge in step 9. Sorry my english is not well.
the relation is not working. after entering several times it doesn't work. window always blink and nothing happened.. plz resolve it..
Try this!!!!!!!! ((((using equation))))
1. Insert curve using equation.
2. Select Co-ordinate.
3. Use cylindrical option.
4. Insert following equation for mean radius = 200, coil radius=25 & number of turns = 50N=50
Rmean=200
Rspr=25theta=360*t
R=Rmean+Rspr*sin(360*t*N)
Z=Rspr*cos(360*t*N)6. Click OK. & there u are.
7. Use sweep command to make the spring.
You can do it with the help of helical section sweep which is in the insert menu...Its more easier in that way
I'll explain you ...first go in helical sweep...a menu will open asking for trajectory and section.....just draw a line defining the distance of spring and for the same traj draw a parallel center line. Then click ok..after that it will ask you to define a section then all you have to do is draw a circle and then ok...your spring is ready...
