How to mate parts onto a cylinder
How would one mate flat surfaces onto a cylinder? The parts must also be spaced around the cylinder at a certain angle. As per the picture I have a cylinder that will be fitted with 5 gusset plates however. Any tips on how to go about mating these parts onto the cylinder?

you could draw a line from center. then use offset (= half thickness of plates) and mates the line with face of plate. then u select 2 faces of 2 plates and mates them with angle....
