  here are the steps..

  1. Step 1

     First of all go to top plane and sketch a circle.

     

  2. Step 2

     Create an offset plane of 120mm.

     

  3. Step 3

     create another circle.

     

  4. Step 4

     then go and select the loft command.

     

  5. Step 5

     Select the 2 profiles and click on preview and then click on the third button on the profile select buttons.

     

  6. Step 6

     Select normal to end 1

     

  7. Step 7

     Thin wall..

     

  8. Step 8

     select the top face and click preview and finish.

     

  9. Step 9

     Done
