how to move all of component in assembly part?

i want to move all component in assembly part but dont can
the first component that insert in this part dont any move (move & rotate)
help me

Right click on first part & make it float

By default, 1st part you bring to an assembly shall be fixed.

Make it float: Right click on item from design tree, choose 'Float'

Now use 'Move Component' or 'Rotate Component' as per the need.

If only an item to be moved, click on the item and ' Move Component'

You shall fix any item by right click on any item and choose 'Fix'
