How to to save Files in CATIA v6..

I have made a part in Catia v6_2009. and now i am facing a problem that how do i a save that part... after that how do i re-open that part if i need to do some editing on it in the same version...
please let me know. ASAP

@ajinkya : I saw your video already, but it doesn't help for me. I think the reason might be that I installed a poor cracked version
