I am looking for a cad design for a 3axis gimbal for a mobile phone. If any one has designed it please share it or if some one can help me design one it would really be very helpful.

Try to make your own gimbal take a ref, from not used gimbal,images and measure a dimensions in approx value.
make a small small part in a simple way ,and assemble it to make its rotation free on axis of rotation.
Did you look in the library? There are many already uploaded.
The recent Crutch Accessory challenge included several designs with a gimbal to hold a cup, it should be pretty easy to adapt them to hold a phone instead.
