I change some configuration in PC and SOLIDWORKS very slow, how to solve?

I did change my Windowns perfomance configuration and when I do a new sketch in SolidWorks don't appear nothing
The program open other files like constructions and pieces, but rather worked well.
I already uninstal and instal many times.
I don't have graphic board,
Tha's my PC: Intel Core i5-7500, CPU 3,10GHz 3,41GHz an RAM 8 GB

Does only your sketches not appear or absolutely nothings appears? Check the Sketch View settings. If you have too deeply customized your settings, try a restore to default settings. Most of the times works like a charm.

dear delete all tamp file and restore C drive

Maybe a service pack would correct the problem.

Have you tried a system restore ?
