I need product engineer for my toothbrush

Hi Angel, thank you for your reply , i am not so sure if i understand you correctly , I think what is best for me to find product engineer so he or she can take a look what is wrong with my design , i am not engineer just an inventor altoughj i designed the system but i think it should be re look by an engineer, i need help to reevaluate my product,

Than ks Angel , i am in New York city, i dont know if engineer has to be in my city , here everything extremely expensive , thgis is a simple device actually , i know a product engineer can make the corrections easily , i didnt have enough money to hire one that was my mistake, i can send the device to engineer will see my stupid mistakes and correct right away . i just dont know who would be good person to go thats my dilemma, , if you did see the animation at my website it just turns back and forth thats all , i am new to the grabcad i dont know how to reach to the right enginner
