I need some help with the latest model that I uploaded

I am a determined hack at best, but need to get this model working and capable of being sent to an engineering firm to be built, but lack some skills. I am working with Inventor 2013, but am not wedded to that platform.

There are sync problems with the Bevel gears, and there is some more engineering to be done

is there anyway you could put it in a iges. or step file so I can look at it in solid works? I will see what I can do for you.

http://grabcad.com/library/cip--3/files/CIP6.igs but it does not seem to have any of the associations between parts
