i want to join two circular rods through weld bead feature in weldment section of solidworks,i have seen a tutorial on this, i tried this but i cannot produce a weld bead(not visible),Can anyone here help be in this regard

Make sure you "turn on" the option to view weld beads. It may be off by default, You might also find it under the View - Hide / Show, but it depends on the version of SolidWorks.
