Is it possible to convert this part to sheet metal?
Is it possible to convert this part to sheet metal and the flat pattern part will create the same shape (vertical and horizontal corners radi 14mm)?

Yes, but you can't keep the corners of the part. Also you have to shell outward to retain the 14mm radius. Take a look at the attached part.
The corners of the part is the problem.They are welded with a robot and we need those shapes at 4 vertical edges and also the sfairical shape at 4 inside corners
