Minimization of product weight by using innovative grid structure as internal support.
Print a sphere of 25 mm diameter. Wall thickness should be 1 mm.
Design internal grid in the sphere so that no support material is used but the sphere is printed in
high quality.
Use Dimension Elite printer.
Use PLA material.
Support material can be used outside of the sphere

Hi Mashi, attached is the sphere sldrpt. I am not sure how to make a grid inside the sphere using solidworks.
Hi I am not sure how to design an internal grid inside the hollow sphere.
