PhotoView 360 (for SW2010)will not open file created in SW2010

Getting a message "This file does not contain geometry tht is accessable to PV360"
"....resave the file with tessellation data" However the fiel is saved with this on. First time this has happened to me. Any clues? Thanks

sw file with any error... try to save the sw file as a part...
