I need to study pulley wheel like example in picture
my problem is how to design rope and apply forces
is that possible in "motion study" or "static study" ????

hi,
you need to download a solidworks add, it calls solidworks motion. it's used to simulate forces and pressure on your part.
in solidworks motion you can only MOVE you part and don't STUDY it.
remember, first of all you need to choose a material and mesh you part.
