Trouble trying to use the snap hook feature in solidworks

I am building a bracket frame for a caster and I have thought of making something that makes the caster spin and the way I have thought of it includes using the snap hook feature or having to build the way it would snap together. Could someone look at this please or help me with the snap hook?
