  1. Step 1

     open a sketch on the front plane

     draw shown lines

     

  3. Step 3

     add shown lines

     

  4. Step 4

     continue your sketch like this

     add a circle. please attention shown places. select circle type first. then click on shown points. then enter the radius.

     use trim command

     add a spline

     hold on shown point and drag it. enter the shown volues

     add the last lines

      use trim command,
