  Here is the tutorial.

  1. Step 1

     Top plane>>Sketch.

     

  2. Step 2

     Draw a polygon with 25mm side.

     

  3. Step 3

     Extrude it by 20mm.

     

  4. Step 4

     Right plane>>Sketch.

     

  5. Step 5

     Draw this profile.

     

  6. Step 6

     Trim it.

     

  7. Step 7

     Close it.

     

  8. Step 8

     Now revolve it.

     

  9. Step 9

     Section view.

     

  10. Step 10

      Bottom face>>Sketch.

      

  11. Step 11

      Convert the circular edge.

      

  12. Step 12

      Extrude cut it.

      

  13. Step 13

      Polygon face>>Sketch.

      

  14. Step 14

      Draw a circle tangent to the polygon edge.

      

  15. Step 15

      Extrude cut it at 45º draft with flip side to cut checked.

      

  16. Step 16
