what command is used for model below attached sheet metal part in Pro E?

hi grab cad users,
I got this attached Pro E part from one website. In that the surface id option is used and using the surface id they completed the part. I was searching the option in Pro E for last one week and still i could not find the tool, where it is? Please help me

Its Edit -> Fill option in pro-E
They just changed the name as surface id i think.
go to this option and draw a sketch and u ll get it...
