What is the Ukraine flag button for?

I noticed how a button with the Ukraine flag appeared but I got no idea what is it for.

if you click on the flag the library search function finds the projects of GrabCAD users which set their location to "Ukraine"

I guess, this feature is needed to find some projects from Ukrainian engineers.
