What tool to be use to design a rectangle profiled s shaped bend with different inner and outer radius in solidworks ?
I need to design a S shaped Rectangular profiled web . But using sweep tool the inner radius and outer radius will be the same. But for me i need a inner radius of 15cm and 25cm at outside on both. How to do that?

Or, you can draw the shape you want to sweep, then make a sweep profile and a guide curve, If you make the upper 's' shape the sweep and the lower the guide curve.
