Where can I get some dimensions to start modelling?
I want to model a spring shock absorber, I see many in here and they are amazing.
So where can I get dimensions for the components of the spring shock absorber.
Not just spring shock absorber, can anyone tell me where can I get dimension for various mechanical components. Please!

Well since you are experienced in automotive, machine and industrial design perhaps you can use your imagination and make one up using the grey matter.
This is what designing is all about.
Don't be a copycat, but make (reverse engineering) one from scratch....
Just give it a try...(or get one from the scrapyard and just measure it up)
