Why it is failing when I an importing geometry of parasolid to ANSYSWORK ??

I created my model using UNIGRAPHICS and saved it as a parasolid file and i tried to import that geometry into ANSYS 15 WORKBENCH for Static Structural Analysis. while importing it is showing correct mark but if I am going to generate the geometry it is failing. help me. Thanks in advance.
