After 24 years of designing bakeries and baking machines I am now designing commercial kitchen products and in-floor drains.
(Previous job)-50% of the time I do 2D and 3D layout work to help the sales department visualize what they are offering to the customers. This could include placement of our machines, adaptation of the building layout, planning of the workflow for optimization and technical information about the machines.
50% is mechanical design of dough handling machines like bowl lifts, conveyors and provers.
I have good knowledge of designing machines for good hygiene as well as safe usage.
