get rid of virtual part

Hello, I do face a problem on solidworks regarding virtual component; I've probably done something by mistake and can't get rid of a part.
I close SW and pen again, I restart the computer, nada, SW keep using the same part as soon as I try to create a new part/new compoenent.
From what I understand, I probably have a virtual part, and such part is always called whatever action I do (new part, new component...).
How can I get rid of such behaviours and open a blank file?
