Is it possible to mate circular faces?

Can it be done with face mates or tangent mates?

With Inventor it can be done with Tangent constraints so I don't see a problem for SW

You can use several types of mates in SolidWorks to do this other than simple concentric, depending on what effect you want. Here are some examples, although I'm sure I've left some out :)

How would you mate non-circuler objects on a tangent point. For example, I have 2 non-circular gears (logarithmic gears) i'm trying to mate together and show them rotating around each other.
