If you had information like a name, model, size, or manufacturer, it would make for a better starting point.

Making a 3D model of a rim is not very difficult. But you need to figure out why you are making a rim. Is it to simply stick on a 3D model, or do you intend to manufacture the rim?

YouTube, and GrabCAD have many "rim tutorial"s. You should also download rims from the library and see how other members have made them.

Because this is a commercial product, the only way anyone can get the dimensions of the actual rim is to measure a real one. But all is not lost, as this has to be bolted to a car and fitted with a real tire, the key dimensions, with a bit of effort and research on your part, can be found. This is the important part of modeling a similar or any other rim and the start point for producing a model of this, or any other rim.
