Tutorial - how to make rim

Open a sketch and draw a rim profile like this
Draw an axis and use revolve command
This is the outer part of the your rim
Sectioning. use selection view button
Draw rims internal part profile
Again use the revolve command. and be sure that ''marge result need to be unticked
Open a sketch on front plane and draw the profile that will be cutted. This is the most important step to create your own design wheels
Use circular pattern command and make your selection according to how many arms you want to do your rim
Edit your sketch with using trim command and cut the body. to cut only revolve2 you must select it on marked area
Use fillet command and fillet your bodies
Drill the rim for screws
use your creativity

Hi, it would be great if you could also add a bit more dimension info in the first profile image of the rim-- maybe I followed your 'Add relations' icons incorrectly, but i didnt really know how long the lines and radii of the curves where

Not having experience with rims, is there a great resource on the web for specs, in particular the data for the revolve sketch created? I am assuming this would be a standard?
The main standards for the revolve would be the rim diameter where the tire seats, the rim width between the outer flanges, the bead seat flange width, and the flange radius.
Thanks for the response. I did some research into it and found the actual dimensions and tolerances for the various profiles.
