  1. Step 1

     use sweept command. select the sketch that we drew for the tooht profile before.

     select the helix for path

     

  3. Step 3

     we will cut the excess. open a sketc on the front plane

     

  4. Step 4

     we will cut the excess. open a sketc on the front plane

     

  5. Step 5

     draw a rectnagle

     

  6. Step 6

     use cut-extrude command at two directions

     

  7. Step 7

     now we will use fillet commands. select the shown edges and enter the values

     

  8. Step 8

     fillet shown edge. tick the multiple radius option

     

  9. Step 9

     fillet this edge

     

  10. Step 10

      now fillet this edges. it is over.

      save the part 1
