  Here is the tutorial.

  1. Step 1

     Top plane>>Sketch.

     

  2. Step 2

     Draw this sketch.

     

  3. Step 3

     Extrude it at mid-plane by 94mm.

     

  4. Step 4

     Top plane>>sketch.

     

  5. Step 5

     Use line tool and make this sketch. These lines are tangent.

     

  6. Step 6

     Mid-Plane by 20mm.

     

  7. Step 7

     Fillet.

     

  8. Step 8

     Select these edges at 5mm.

     

  9. Step 9

     Again fillet and select this edge.

     

  10. Step 10

      We have the crank arm.
