Want to know the Methodology for working on BIW Sheet metal parts in catia V5.
Hello guys,
Can any one tell or upload any BIW sheet metal parts working methodology in catia V5.
because BIW sheet metal doesn't have flat surface almost.it has non-planar surfaces. so i can't able to use sketches to create or remastering those parts. i feel its very difficult. so can any one who having experience in BIW sheet metal parts guide me or help me to learn that.

Actually in reality sheet metal workbench is hardly used in BIW. Mostly it's GSD or solid modelling. Even Mahindra does the same which I mentioned. These models are then used to generate codes for machining or for robotics feed. There are certain methods which are beyond my capability to make you understand without proper modelling.
